Ewan Gunn, Senior Global Brand Ambassador – Diageo Scotch Whiskies
"Haig Club strikes the perfect balance - it’s modern and stylish, but never forgets it’s heritage and roots. The liquid is the same, it can be enjoyed the traditional way (neat or on the rocks), but it’s also brilliant in a long drink or mixed in a cocktail. I love that it is smooth, balanced and is easy to enjoy, but that it can also be used to make exciting and cool new drinks, stepping way beyond “classic cocktail” territory."
HAIG CLUB NEW OLD FASHIONED
Haig Club presents this twist on a classic Old Fashioned with the addition of vermouth adding a fruity sweet note. Be sure to stir with plenty of ice for longer than usual. This allows the drink to reach a perfectly chilled temperature, dilute and become silky smooth in texture.

Step 1 - Build by adding cubed or hand cracked ice in an Old Fashioned glass or tumbler

Step 5 - Garnish with a lemon twist and cherry and serve with a glass stirrer for the drinker to dilute
HAIG CLUB ESPRESSO MARTINI
The original Espresso Martini is a coffee and chocolate marvel in itself, combining vodka, espresso and crème de cacao. We feel that it works even better replacing vodka with Haig Club Scotch whisky. The butterscotch sweetness of the whisky combines so well with chocolate and coffee, it’s like drinking a bonbon. Also check out the Clubman Winter Spiced Espresso Martini which was especially created for the Holiday season.
